The final verdict is that the Jury Room feels just like any neighborhood joint. The only difference is that its neighborhood happens to include the towering city courthouse.
The Other Paper says of the chili, "It has an appealing aggressive saltiness and two kinds of beef (chunked and ground) plus cheese, onions, and chips. Its taste and texture makes it the right partner for the Buckeye Red Chili Dog with cheese and onions".
